If you experience any of the following issues within 7 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a full refund:

How to Request a DOA Return

Email us at support@gizmobite.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos showing the entire package and the visible shipping label.
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to help verify the issue.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.
Please follow the instructions provided and ship the item(s) back accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in brand-new condition, include the original packaging, and show no signs of installation or use.

  • Please ensure the original shipping label is included in the package to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your full refund or send a replacement, along with reimbursement for the return shipping cost (based on the shipping receipt you provide).

If the returned product fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of use or missing components), you may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
